Farmer Buck’s Herd is back in ACTION!

Following last year’s nearly disastrous Udder Chaos, the farm was ready for a year without DRAMA. No trouble. No surprises. No cows running amok.

Then Stu found something in the barn.

An old movie camera had been sitting on a dusty shelf for who knows how long, covered in cobwebs and looking like it hadn’t filmed anything in decades.

One rainy afternoon, Stu wandered in wearing his favorite fake mustache, sunglasses, and trench coat, the famous Udder Disguise that had played such an important role in last year’s Udder Chaos (He still insists nobody recognizes him).

Then he peered through the camera.

He saw lights… cameras… action!

By the time Stu lowered the camera, he had decided he wasn’t just a cow anymore.

He was a world-famous movie director.

Minutes later, he emerged in a black turtleneck, jaunty beret, and carrying a director’s megaphone.

The transformation was complete.

The next morning, Stu marched into the barnyard.

“CASTING CALL!”

The herd gathered.

Stu paced back and forth, peering through his camera and shouting, “Perfect!” and “More drama!”

Before long, everyone had a starring role.

Stu the moovie directorChuck wanted an epic comedy. Patty was certain she belonged in Hollywood. Daisy practiced her action scenes. Angus took it all very seriously. Farmer Buck simply shrugged.  Even Old Bessie, Farmer Buck’s favorite tractor, became a movie star.

Stu wandered from scene to scene, barking directions through his megaphone.

“LIGHTS!”
“CAMERA!”
“MOOOOO-VIE!”

And with every shout, another famous movie came to life somewhere in the cornfields.
